The Residences are the signature of luxury accommodation, celebrating the unique, and the exquisite; setting the bar in exceptional individualized living experiences.  They offer world-class amenities (such as gym, library, community retail, and more) and pool on a podium deck with breath-taking views that are perfect for unwinding. 

The visuals speak for themselves and prove every fact of the location’s luxury, unique spaces, and unparalleled views. Set in the daylight, the St. Regis Residences soar over the city’s skyline with Emaar’s name proudly signatured at the top. The brand takes advantage of St. Regis’ unmatched setting by showing off the view at night, where the city’s lights twinkle and shine like an endless realm of possibilities. A silhouette of a suited man’s back, who staring off into this space, is poised over a balcony’s rails, to establish a feeling of grandeur and glamour.
